'Alderman Fuller seconded this motion which rec ived the following vote, ayes Aldermen Bynum, 1,
Fuller, Pearson, Scott, Stanford, Stephens, Wages; nays none; absent and not voting Alderman,
Harding,and was declared passed by the Mayor.
