Alderman Stephens seconded the motion which received the following vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum, Fuller, Pearson, Stanford, Scott, Stephens Wages; Inays none; absent and not voting Alderman Harding. The Mayor declared the motion passed, i LT ASE Alderman ".'ages then moved that the Mayor and the City Attorney,with the City CONTRACT:( Engineer as advisor,prepar.e a lease contract with A.P.Eason for the said premises in the I Eason Insurance Building,for a period of 5 years, and that the Mayor and the City 'Clerk be ,,and they are hereby authorized and directed to sign said Lease Contract:PROVIDED that said I I 'Lease Contract shall become effective and binding when and if approved by the City Council.', i 'Alderman Fuller seconded this motion which rec ived the following vote, ayes Aldermen Bynum, 1, Fuller, Pearson, Scott, Stanford, Stephens, Wages; nays none; absent and not voting Alderman, Harding,and was declared passed by the Mayor.
