Fayetteville,Arkansas were presented and on motion duly passed were ordered received and filed
The Attorney sublitted his retort on the bond of Kf.D.Lance,as approving the sale
and likewise gave his approval of the bond of A.C.Bond,and the Continuation Certificate of
the hong of "I.S.Duggans,whereupon Alderman Scott moved that said bonds and Continuation
Certificate he approved by the Council. Alderman Pearson seconded this motion which received)
the unanimous vote of the Council and was declared passed by the Mayor.
The application of J.B.Eoff,aged 14 ,years ,for permit to drive a car on the
(streets of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas was presented,and on motion by Alderman Hardin,
seconded by Alderman Scott, passed by the unanimous vote of the Council and so declared by
the Mayor said permit was granted sub'ect to a y I

TUCK'S Alderman Harding moved that the sum of $10.00 be appropriated for and paid to

was seconded by Alderman t'.fages and received the followin g, vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum, Fuller,
