The report of the Street Cleaner showing 177 blocks cleaned during the week was presented,and'
on motion duly passed,was ordered filed.
The Clerk presented a verbal report for the Engineer to the effect that because of

weather conditions and duties connected with the Airport,he had been unable to make the
investigation necessary for a report on the Highland Atenue project.
R7.SIGNATIONS: The City C1erk,J.C.Massie presented his f'esigna.tion from the office of Clerk,effect L
on Monday after the first Tuesday in April,1931;whereupon Alderman Harding moved that the

resigned, Aidil moved its *006pt-*n adoption. Alderman Vlages seconded the motion to adopt which

received the following vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum, Fuller, Harding, Pearson, Scott, Stanford,)
Stephens, Wages; nays none, absent and not voting none. The Mayor declared the motion passed.

SECTION ONE:
That Roy Nix, a qualified elector of the City of
Fayetteville,Arkansas,and an owner of real property within the
limits of said Improvement District be, and he is hereby
appointed to be a member of the Board of Improvement of ftpPovo-
mont Willow Avenue Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville,Arkansas.
SECTION TWO:
That this resolution hhall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval,and all reso-
lutions in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby,

of Fayetteville,Arkansas,and of the District hereinafter described and set forth,respectfull
petition your honorable body to take all necessary steps and to pass all necessary ordinanc
resolutions and orders to form an Improvement District for the pur'ose of grading,rolling an
paving South School Avenue from the South line of Prairie Avenue to the intersection of
School Avenue and Mountain Street in said City.
The property to be included in the District
to be assessed for the purpose of carrying out the improvement hereinbefore mentioned is
described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block Thirty-
three(33) in the Original town of Fayetteville,Arkansas,according to the map or plat of the
City of Fayetteville,made by Burns and McDonnell,and running thence East 161 feet to the
North-east corner of Lot Three (3),Block 33;thence South to the Southeast corner of said lot
Three (3);thence Wiest 'k4P8fl 12.2 feet to the Northeast corner of lot Six (6) in said Block
33;thence South to the Southeast corner of Lot Seven (7) in said Block;thence southeasterly
to a point on the Southl-1-noir line of Rock Street which is 162.92 feet East of the Northwest
