The reports of the Street Cleaner showing 194 blocks cleaned during. the month,and the annual
eports of the Commissioners of 6iest Spring Street Improvement nistrict Number One; the annual
eoort of the commissioners of Improvement District Number 33 were presented and on motion
ly passed were ordered filed.
The bond of M.F.Fischer & Son as Plumbers was presented and on motion by Alderman
Pearson,seconded by Alderman Bynum and passed by the unanimous vote of the merbers
esent,was ordered received,approved and filed.
Mr A.F.Shumate applied for permisson to install gas tanks and curb pumps at the S.E
orner of the intersection of Mission and Maple streets. On motion by Alderman Peasson,seconied
v Alderman Scott,and passed by the unanimous vote of the members present this request was
ranted under the provisions of the ordinances of the city perteinina thereto.
No further business appearing,the Council adjourned on /motion duly passed.
