The bond of M.F.Fischer & Son as Plumbers was presented and on motion by Alderman Pearson,seconded by Alderman Bynum and passed by the unanimous vote of the merbers esent,was ordered received,approved and filed. Mr A.F.Shumate applied for permisson to install gas tanks and curb pumps at the S.E orner of the intersection of Mission and Maple streets. On motion by Alderman Peasson,seconied v Alderman Scott,and passed by the unanimous vote of the members present this request was ranted under the provisions of the ordinances of the city perteinina thereto.
