of the meeting of September 22nd, 1930 were read and approved.
NG BILLS against the city,properly approved,were ordered paid and the Clerk was directed to
issue warrants for the same on motion by AldermanFuller,seconded by Alderman Harding, passe
by the unanimous vote of the members present and so declared by the Mayor;

gree, and Improvement District Number 35 were presented,whereupon Alderman Harding,seconded.
V Alderman. Bynum moved that said reports be received and filed. This motion was duly passed.
The City Engineer pfesented his report on the petition of C.D.Atkinson for
the alley between blocks 19 snd 21 in Gunter's Addition to the City of Fayetteville,

howing that the said grading was desired for the purpose of making improvements on private
roperty,whereupon Alderman Bynum moved that the petition be denied. This motion was seconded
,y Alderman Pearson and received the unanimous vote of the members present,and was declared
I
passed by the Mayor.

EPTIC TANK: The request of Mr. Upton for permission to in9tall a Septic Tank on the propelt,
of Mr. M. Cox on a lot at the intersection of Walnut and Sutton,on the East side of the "draw"
I
was referred to the City Engineer with power to act. This action was had on motion by Aldarman
I
Bvnum,seconded by Alderman Pearson,passed by the unanimous vote of the members present,and s
decl9red by the Mayor.

FIRTMEN'9 Mr Clyde Walters, Fire Chief was present and requested consideration of a plan
INSURlNCE:'
Ito furnish group insurance for the members of the Fire Department. After some discussion,the
[matter was referred to the Finance Committee for investigation and report. This action was had
on motion by Alderman Scott, seconded by Alderman Harding, passed by the unanimous vote of the
IOembbrs present,and so declared by the Mayor,
No further business apperaing,t}ie Council adjourned on motion
fuly passed.
