HOSE'so; The Board of Publfc Affairs reported that they had awarded a contract for the purchase
fire hose as set out in Ordinance Number 729 to the Hewitt Gutta Percha Company for a total
cost of $1,441.00
RF -ASSESS- The filing of the re -assessment of North College Avenue Improvement District Number One

REPORTS: - The annual report of the Commissioners of North College Avenue Improvement District and

Alderman Pearson seconded the motion which received the unanimous vote of the Council

Application was made for a five tear franchise for garbage disposal,action on which was
deferred to a later meeting.
The matter of drainage control:. at the intersection of Spring Street and West Avenue
was referred to the City Engineer for report.
