THE MINUTVS of the meeting of August 4th,1930 were read and approved. THE FOLLOWINH BILLS against the City,properly approved, were allowed and ordered Paid,and the Clerk I i I was directed to issue warrants for the same on motion by Alderman Harding,seconded by Alder -1 i man Fuller, passed by,the unanimous vote of the members present and so declared by the Mayor;- . i Tropical Paint and Oil Company $26.97;Harry E. Hamilton $4.10;Fayetteville Printing I Company $13.85;Southwestern Bell Lelephone Comapny $$39.67;J.W.Shelly $42.50.0tis Weir $4.50;1 Ozark Filling Station $7.25;Abshier-Bryan Motor Comapny $3,10 and $"50.00; W.L.Crouch $3.BO; Earl Barton $$3.00;Ray Ball $6.25;Ben Porter $18.75;Thomas & Son $5.75;Kellt Brothers Lumber (,Company $$2.50. REPORT OF The weekly report of the Street Cleaner was presented and on motion,was ordered filed. STR. CLEAN: The Clerk reported completion of he Digest of the City Ordinances,said Digest showing Report on 175 pages, divided into 854 Sections,with 22 pages of Index, The Cost was reported as follows; DIGEST: For book and extra filler $$25.01 I For typing 26.35 i For digesting and indexing 250.00 $$301.36. I On motion it was ordered that the City Attorney investigate and report on the digest as submitted. I FLYING FIIi.LD It being shown that the Flying Field Fund is indebted to the General Fund for moneys � TO �rENERAL: advanced for the purchase and improvement of the original Flying Field,it was ordered that I the Clerk issue a warrant for the amount of said indebtedness,to-xit; $$lv950.00jdrawn on the Flying Field Fund in favor of the General Fund for said sum of $1,950.00. This action was SHELLY'S VACITION: I had on motion by Al derman Pearson, seconded by Alderman Harding and passed by the following vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum, Fuller, Pearson, Harding, Scott, Stanford; nays none; absent and not voting Aldermen StepUens and Wages;and so declared by the Mayor. On motion by Alderman Pearson,seconded by Alderman Scott,passed by the unanimous vote I of the members present,the Street Cleaner, J.111.Shelly was granted a vacation of ten days,with $25.00 allowance for payment of his substitute. i I No furthes business appearing the Council adjourned on motion ////duly passed, i Approved•[�i� ` Attest; ... .
