REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS, HELD JUNE 2nd, 1930.

THE MINUTFS of the meeting of May 26th, 1930 were read and approved.
ITHE FOLLOWING BILLS against the City,properly approved,were allowed and ordered paid and the Clerk was
ddrected to issue warrants for the same on motion by Alderman Fuller, seconded by Alderman RN
Pearson, passed by the unanimous vote of the Council and so declared by the Mayor;-

REPORTS:;The monthly reports of the Purchasing Agent, City Collector, City Clerk, Police Judge and
the Fire Chief,and the weekly report of the Street Cleaner were presented and on motion were
ordered received and filed.

San Police,

Ferguson Addition,under supervision of the City Engineer.

E 43; Alderman Harding introduced a resolution to adopt an official ?dap of the City of
Adoption of
City Map; Fayetteville,Arkansas,and moved its adoption. Alderman Stanford seconded the motion
to adopt,which received the following vote;ayes Aldermen Bynum, Fuller,Harding, Pearson,
Scottl, Stanford, Stephens Wages; nays none; absent and not voting none.
The Mayor declared the motion passed and the resolution adopted. A copy is as follows;-
RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS:
On the 11th day of January,1926,the City Engineer of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas was
by the City Council of the City.of Fayetteville,Arkansas,to prepare an Atlas Map of
said iCity of Fayetteville,Arkansas;and
WHEREAS,on the 31st day of January,1928,the said City Engineer laid before the said City Council a copy
of said Atlas Map of the said City Of Fayetteville,Arkansas,and suggested that the wall Map
be £named and placed under glass for its better preservation,and
VWHEREAS,by the unanimous vote of the said City Council,it was ordered that the said City Engineer be
authorized to have a copy of said Mall Map so framed,and
WHEREAS,a copy of said Atlas Map of the said City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,has,since said date,been
on fide with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,and
