The Board of Assessment of said Improvement District have reassessed said property in accord-
ance with the orders and directions of the County Court of Washington County,Arkansas, and
have filed the same with the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas;and
Whereas;
(The City Council of the City of Fayette ille, Arkansas has caused to be published in the
Fayetteville Daily Leader,a newspaper of bona fide circulation in Fayetteville.Washington
County,Arkansas,a notice to all said property owners that said re -assessment has been filed;l
EREAS•
The time for filing protest against said assessment has expired;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTFVILLE,ARKANSAS:*

SECTION ONE:
That said several lots,blocks and parcels of real property within said District be assessed
according to the re -assessment list for said Improvement District as the same now remains in
the office of the Recorder,or City Clerk; and that 5 per cent on said lots,blocks and parcels!
shall be paid annually on or before the first Monday of November until the whole local assessi-
ment shall be paid.
SECT TON (TWO:
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith,be,and the same are here
repealed,and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval and publication.
