Alderman Harding seconded the motion, which received the following vote; ayes Aldeamen Bynum, Fuller, Harding, Pearson, Scott, Stanford, Stephens,Wages; nays none; absent and not voting none, and was declared passed by the Mayor. Cunningham was presented and on motion by Alderman tOND: Harding,seconded by Alderman Bynum was approved and filed. The Clerk reported that he had administeded the oath of office to M. Cunningham as City Collector on the 1st day of May,1930. A request from F.M. Tolleson,D.D. For permission to alter the curb at his property on East Maol e Street so as to provide access to his driveway,was granted subject to super- vision by the City Engineer, Pearson G.A.HURST: Aldermaw/moved "That the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to notify G.A.Hunsti I to appear before the Council at its meeting on May 12th,1930,and present the work done by him on the digesting of the City Ordinances,explaining the same in detail." Alderman Pages seconded the motion which received the unanimous vote of the members present.
