appeal was read to the Council. V7hereupon,after due investigation by the Council,Alderman
Scott moved that said assessments be reduced as follows,to-wit;
Fuller seconded the motion which received the following vote; Ayes Aldermen Bynum,
, Harding, Scott. -Stanford, Stephens, Wages; nays none; absent and not voting Alderman
, and was declared passed by the Mayor.
{I It being reported that private parties had undertaken the construction of a concrete
bridge on Nothe Street in order,to provide for the convenience and safety of the public,at
in expense of $225.00, and that the County Court had appropriated $75.00 toward said expense,
