Alderman Pearson moved that the Rules be sus Ipended and the ordinance palced on its second reading. This motion was seconded by Alder tan Drb Drake and received the following vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum, Drake, Fuller, Harding, Pearson, Scott, Stanford, Stephens; nays none,absent and not voting none, and was decared passed by the Mayor. The Ordinance was read the second time. N.STORP,R, The matter of grading a part of North Storer Avenue was discussed and,on motion, it was ordered RADE: that slid grading be done by the Street Department ,assisted in the matter-of'establishment lof b the grade by the City Engineer. CUT CURB: Permission was granted D.C.Ambrose to cut the curb at his property on Willow Avenue for the purpose of constructing a drive-in, under the supervision of the City Engineer.
