,,,Any person,firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance,shall be
eemed guilty of a misdemeanor,and,upon conviction,shall be fined in any sum not more than $�

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,approval'and
publication.

ORD. TO Alderman Harding introduced an ordinance to amend Section 8 of Ordinance Number 718 which

)rd 718; ordinance placed on its second reading. This motion was seconded by Alderman Fuller,and re -
ceived the following vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum, Drake, Fuller., Harding, Pearson, Scott, Dr.J.
F. Stanford, Stephens; nays none, absent and not voting none,and was declared passed by the
ayor. The Ordinance was read the Second time.
After thoAough discussion,Alderman Drake moved
that the Rules be further suspended and the ordinance placed on its third reading and final
passage. Alderman Harding seconded the motion which received the following vote; ayes Alder-
men Bynum, Drake Fuller, Harding, Pearson, Scott, Stanford, Stephens; nays none; absen# and r
not voting none,and was declared passed by the Mayor. The Ordinance was read the third time.
The Mayor then announced the question before the Council is shall the ordinance pas;
pnd called for the -vote on its passage,which resulted as follows; ayes Aldemen Bynum, Drake,'
Fuller, Harding, Pearson, Scott, Stanford, Stephens. The Mayor declared the ordinance passed.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTFVILLE,.ARKANSAS:-
That Section Eight (8) of Ordinance number 718,pas3ed and approved on the 3rd day of. Feb -
,1930 be,and the same is hereby amended so as tH read as follows.to-wit;-
"SECTION EIGHT: All electrical wiring hereafter installed within the limits of the Fire
stricts of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,as the same now exist,and/or as they may be
or created hereafter, shall be in rigid conduits. PROVIDED: that connections with,
alterations or extensions of existing wiring systems within said Fire Districts,the
which does not overload the circuits,amy be made or done with ARMORED CABLE,with proper
ittings. If a new entrance is required the work shall be done in rigid conduit,
For mmnor repair work of less than six outlets,not requiring a new entrance,no inspects
