This action was had on motion by Alderman to Block, and from College to Willows After an extended and exhaustive discussion of the matter,and the failure of several different motions to secure enough votes for passage,the matter was dropped . - - - - On motion duly passed the Council adjourned. I The matter of regulating the distribution and use of natural gas in the city coming up for I � discussion,it was suggested that all proposed regulations be submitted to the Bureau of Insu- rance for approval before adoption. i WILSON AVE Mr Carnahan presented a request for re -locating the proposed bridge on Wilson Avenue. -After BRIDGE: some discussion,it was informally agreed that said matter be left to the judgment of the i City Engineer. INS: RATES: Alderman Pearson moved that the engineer be dirseted to correspond with the Insurance Burea with a view to ascertaining what action the City Authorities could take to secure lower rate is for the City.
