The Mayor declared the motion passed and '-.he appeal denied. , C.T.Iiarding; The appeal of C.T. Harding from th" action of the Board of Assessment of Willow Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas coming on mo be heard, and the matter havingbeen fully investigated by the Council, and said Council being well and fully informed in the premises, Alderman Drake moved that said appeal be denied. Stanford seconded the motion which received tre following vote; ayes Aldermen , Fuller, Harding, Jones, Pearson, Scott, Stanford; nays none; absent and not voting one. LOW IMG BILLS against the City, beraing the proper vouchers and the approval of the Auditing Com- littee were allowed and ordered and the Clerk directed.to issue warrants for the same on kotion by Alderman Harding, seconded by Alderman Scott, passed by the una-imous vote of the Council Ind so declared by the Mayor; Dave Condra $36.00; Dyke Lumber Co. $0.90;John Zillah $12.50;'$ Ben Porter x$35•.00; Sid Burnip $35.00; Ed Malone $210D011y Brothers Lumber Co. 101 $2.25; H.C. Dan Allan The consideration of the application of Dan Allen Jr. for permission to install a curb Curb pump;gasoline pump at the corner of Meadow and Block was discussed%at'length, but no conclusion i }ieing reached, the matter was on motion duly passed, referred to a committee for further in vestigation and report.
