Alderman Stanford seconded the motion which received the following vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum,
Drake, Fuller, Harding, Jones., Pearson, Scott, Stanford; nays none, absent and not voting none.
The Mayor declared the motion passed and '-.he appeal denied. ,
C.T.Iiarding; The appeal of C.T. Harding from th" action of the Board of Assessment of Willow
Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas coming on mo be
heard, and the matter havingbeen fully investigated by the Council, and said Council being
well and fully informed in the premises, Alderman Drake moved that said appeal be denied.
Stanford seconded the motion which received tre following vote; ayes Aldermen
, Fuller, Harding, Jones, Pearson, Scott, Stanford; nays none; absent and not voting
one. The Mayor declared the motion passed and the appeal denied.
No further business appearing the Council adjourned.

UTEA of the meeting of October 8th, 1928 were read and approved.
LOW IMG BILLS against the City, beraing the proper vouchers and the approval of the Auditing Com-
littee were allowed and ordered and the Clerk directed.to issue warrants for the same on kotion
by Alderman Harding, seconded by Alderman Scott, passed by the una-imous vote of the Council
Ind so declared by the Mayor; Dave Condra $36.00; Dyke Lumber Co. $0.90;John Zillah $12.50;'$
