Drake, Fuller, Harding, Jones, Pearson, Scott, Stanford; nays none, absent and not voting none.
The Mayor declared the motion passed_ and ';he appeal denied. '

,well and fully informed in the premises, Alderman Drake moved that said appeal be denied.
Alderman Stanford seconded the motion which received fire following vote; ayes Aldermen Bynum,
Drake, Fuller, Harding, Jones, Pearson, Scott, Stanford; nays none; absent 'Ind not voting
none. The Mayor declared the motion passed and the appeal denied.
