okel& Reynolds, withdrawing their proposal for a gas franchise.
I Alderman Drake introduced an ordinance providing for granting a gas franchise to John
cCulllugh, of Tulsa,Oklahoma which was read the first time. Alderman Harding moved that the
Rules ie suspended and the ordinance placed on its second reading.

Pearson, Scott, Stanford; nays none, absent and not voting Alderman Jones. The Mayor.Declared
the motion passed. The Ordinance was read the second time, and referred to the Gas Committee,
Cravens I The City Engineer reported concerning. the sewer connection at the Cravens property on Colle
Sewer;

Cutting Alderman Drake moved that in all cases arising from requests for sewer connections or wate

with concrete. Alderman Harding seconded the motion which received the unanimous vote of the
Council, and was dedlared passed by the Mayor.

No further business appearing, the Council adjourned to meet on Wednesday August 8th, 1928,
at 8 o'clock P.M. for the purpose of hearing the appeals from Improvement Districts
