Number Thirty-eight of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and has resigned there

That W.H.Summers, a qualified elector of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas be,
is hereby appointed to be a member of the Board of Assessment of Curb and Gutter
Number Thirty-eight of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

That this resolution shall take -effect and be in force from and after its pas

discussion. The Commissioners were urged to proceed with the necessary legal steps for com-
pelling the payment of all delinquent assessments.

COM. ONI The matter of the collecting of the water rates, the Improvement District assessments and

SIIP: other public moneys coming up for discussion, The Mayor was directed by motion to appoint
a committee of the Council to confer with the like committee from the Board of Managers of
the Water Plant concerning the matter. The Mayor appointed Aldermen Stanford, Drake and
]Pearson as such committee.
1929 Tags.; On motion the Mayor and the City Collector were authorized and directed to select and.pur-'
]chase a supply of auto tags for the year 1929.
