Tizis is to advise that arrangemcnts are now about completed so that sewer construction work can proceed at an early date,we think, about April 1, 1928. This work will include the moving of the old septic tank South of the City limits to or (near the ''Jest Fork of White River, and the installation of the necessary p1mp equipment to p Ithe sewer disposal from thr Leverette Addition old septic tank over the hill into the sewer ;in order to be able to concentrate all of the sewerage at the new septic tank near the West of White River and dispense with the moving of this tank. It is considered a better plan fo the disposal of the Leverette Addition Sewerage to pump it away from the present septic tank ,into our mains Into over the divide than trying to locate or build a new septic tank, which would have to be about one mile North of the present tank. The right of way would have to b !acquired as well as the location of the building of the new tank and possible damages. The Commissioners and engineer think that the expense and maintainance would be far less and work out our future plans much better by laying a cast iron main over the divide and installing a pump for the purpose of pumping this sewerage across. If this aggangement be I Icarried out, we will be through with any further septic tank sewerage trouble by reason of t ;location of the Leverette Addition tank and enable us to concentrate all the sewerage at on ,disposal plant at or near the West Fork of White River, and no doubt would prove much more advantageous hereafter in case that some other plan would have to be adopted for the sewerag ',disposal other than discharging into the West Fork of White -Rivers Wfflhile the progress of the sewer work and financing may appear slow to some, still, those that are familiar with th facts understand the cause of the delay which has been unavoidable and the matter has been handW as speedily as could reasonably be expected considering the best interests of•tTle sewer district.
