After some discussion, the matter was referred to the Chairmen FIRE of the Fire Committee, theFinance•Committee and.the Fire Chief, for further investigation HOSE* and report. Alderman Jones, Chairman.of the Fire Committee reported favorably in the matter of the VICKERS installation of two Fuel Oil.Tanks by Vickers at Spring and West Streets, and moved that OIL permission be granted to R.H.Vickers to bury two such Yanks at said loc ation. REPORT The City Collector made a detailed report of the management and acts of his odfice for OF the last past year, which showed a marked improvement in that department of the City Gov- ITY, C ANCE 606. Alderman Price called up ordinance number 606, which was on its second reading, and moved that it be placed on its third reading and final ppassage.
