BILLS: The following bills against the City having been approved by the Auditi ng Com- mittee were ordered paid and the Clerk Was d&rected to issue warrants for the same, on motion made by Alderman Harding, seconded by Alderman Mintun, passed by the unanimous vote of the Council and so declared by the Mayor; Jim Mitchell, $18.00; Andrew Munds, $24.00; C.W.Winkleman ( Fire Dept.) $50.00; James Dinwiddie, Inspection fees, $37.00, Ozark Fillligg Station $6.00;Gibson Oil Co. $12.00; Heerwagen Bros. WHEREAS, at a meeting of.the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Yi held on the 7th day of December, 1925, there was presented to said City Council by Geo. Appleby, Bert watson and J.H.Phipps, their report as the Board of Improvement for Annex number One to North College Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fay- etteville, Arkansas, together with the plans and specifications of the work to be done in the construction of the contemplated improvement in, said Improvement District, and WHEREAS, said report was read in open meeting od said Council, and the said Plans be published in some newspaper published,.and having.a general circulation -in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, once a week for two weeks, a notice stating that said petition has been so filed with said City Council, and that a.hearing will be had.on the same at a meet ing of said City Council, to be held on the 21st day of December., 1925, at 7.30 P.M. there of, in the office of the Mayor, at which.meeting it will be determined whether such majority of said owners of real property within said water Improvement District Number !'wo have signed said petition. Mayor. Your Board of Commissioners of Annex Number One to North College Avenue Im- I15 provement District Number One of the City o` Faeyteville, Arkansas, have employed E.M. Ratliff to prepare Plans and make estimates of cost for a pavement, including the nec- essary curbing and other work necessary for constructing the pavement within Annex Number One to North College Avenue Improvement District Number Ont of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas on East Spring Street from the East line of North College Avenue to the East line of North Willow Avenue. Based upon the report of our engineer, we have decided to construct a pavement, 1� from curb to curb as the curbs ,now exist, of six (6) inch concrete with marginal re - enforcing bars. The Plan together with the profile grade line, is submitted herewith for your con sideration. The estimated cost of the work, as shown by the plans and as specified herein, bas ed on the report of our engineer is $8;014.43. Respectfully submitted. Geo.
