Mayor. Your Board of Commissioners of Annex Number One to North College Avenue Im- I15 provement District Number One of the City o` Faeyteville, Arkansas, have employed E.M. Ratliff to prepare Plans and make estimates of cost for a pavement, including the nec- essary curbing and other work necessary for constructing the pavement within Annex Number One to North College Avenue Improvement District Number Ont of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas on East Spring Street from the East line of North College Avenue to the East line of North Willow Avenue. Based upon the report of our engineer, we have decided to construct a pavement, 1� from curb to curb as the curbs ,now exist, of six (6) inch concrete with marginal re - enforcing bars. The Plan together with the profile grade line, is submitted herewith for your con sideration. The estimated cost of the work, as shown by the plans and as specified herein, bas ed on the report of our engineer is $8;014.43. Respectfully submitted. Geo.
