Linebarger & Davis applied for permission to remove a building, loaate� on Lafayette Stre

Mitchell $18.00; and Andrew Munds 924.00. Alderman Price moved that the Clerk be directed to
issue warrants for these amounts Alderman Drake seconde the motion which received the follow
ing vote; ayes Aldermen Drake, Harding, Mintun, Phillips, Price, Wages; nays none; and was de-
clared passed by the Prese bnt pro tempore.
Alderman Mintun moved that the bills listed below be allowed and the Clerk directed to
issue warrants for the same; Alderman 1 -rake seconded the motion which received the following v
vote; ayes Aldermen Drake, Harding, i.;intun, Phillips Price, Wages; nays none, and was declared
passed by the President pro tempore.

On motion by Alderman Price, seconded by Alderman Phillips and duly passed, the City En-
gineer was directed to make a survey of the streets wholly or partly on the Railway Right -o f-
wayfor the information and guidance of the City Attorney in the preparation of an Ordinance
with reference to the same.

The Committee on funding the indebte:ness of the City was granted an extension of time.
Alderman Phillips moved that the Chairman of the Street Committee be authorized to con-
tract for the instalation ofa drinking fountain in the City Wagon Yard,and arrange for icing
the same. Alderman 1:Iintun seconded the motion 'which received the following vote; ayes Aldermen
Drake, Harding, Mintun, Phillips, Price, Wages; nays none, and was declared passed b� the
President pro tempore.(The motion included a clause limiting the expense so as not td exceed
$50.00)
No further business appearing the Council adjourne to July 13th, 1925.
