SECTION SEVEN; That no license issued under this ordinance shall be transferred,except by the consent of the City Council of the City of.Fayetteville,, Arkansas,and no license shall be trans £erred in any event more than once, and never from one business to another. SECTION LIGHT; Any person, firm.or Corporation or agent thereof, violating any of the pro- visions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction in the police court of the City, shall be fined in any sum not less than the amount of the license provided for in the section violated, nor more than double .such amount for each offense, and e each day of said violation shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION NItiL: Each license shall be posted in a conspicuous place where such business or cc corporation is carried on and the holder of such license shall immediately show the same to any officer of the City, upon being requested to do so. SECTION TEN: Should any section or provision of this ordinance be for any reason held void or invalid,it shall not affect the validity of any other section or provision therelf, which is not itself void or invalid. SECTION ELEVEN: This ordinance shall not repeal provisions for licenses contained in ordina nances previously adopted,except as expressly shown herein. ' SECTION TWELVE`: The City Council may by unanimous consent thereof, all present, for the purpose of charity, or when it is shown that the public good requires it,reduce or remit the whole,or any part of the license imposed by this ordinance. Aderman Mintun moved that X300.00 be appropriated out of the City G Ge eral Fund to assist in the establishing of a County Health Unit as outlined in the communicate ofnDr. Garrison, and contingent upon the success of the plan therein st forth.
