Sachs, three owners of real property - within Douglas Street Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, are hereby appointed to constitute the Board of Improvement for said District,as provided in Section 5652,Crawford & IIoses Digest. SECTION T':710;That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the sa same are hereby repealed. C.T.Harding. The bills against the City as listed below were reported by the Auditing Committee as being correct, and Alderman Price, seconded by Alderman P.Iintun moved that they be allowed and the Clerk directed to issue warrants for the same. Alderman Phillips entered at this time. The Ordinance was read the second time, whereupon the Council entered upon a discussion of th same,item by item. Following the discussion and the suggestion of numerous changes and amendments the City Attorney was directed to re -write the Ordinance..
