The :.udiding Committee returned the reports of the Police Judge and the City Collector which on motion duly put and carried were ordered filed. by Alderman Phillips The :,uditing Committee returned the following bills against the City with therecommenda- tion that they be allowed, On motion by Alderman Mintun seconded Ahd,t the bills listed below be paid and the Clerk instructed to issue warrants for the same,which motion received the iv following vote; Ayes Aldermen Drake I.Iintun ,Phillips, Price; Nays none absent and not voting Aldermen Harding and jackson, and declared passed by the Elayor,it wqs so ordered; - Fayetteville Gas & electric Co.
