SECTION TWO: That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas.be.and he is hereby,ine structed and directed to cause to be published a notice,in accordance with Section One, Act I259 Acts of Arkansas,I9I3,advising all owners of real property within Hill Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,that a Petition was presented to the said City Council on March 3d.1024,requesting that the contemplated improvement be undertaken,and that the cost thereof be charged and assessed against the real property within said District,and that on the 24th day of March,I924,the said City Council.will determine whether or not said Petition is signed by such majority in assessed valuation. Drake and as shown on Plat submitted by Dr. Drake. The City Clerk submitted a statement showing the balance in Bank to the credit of each account of the City Funds.
