Price Phillips and !.lintun was appointed to secure the services of an Atorney to assist in representing the City in the Light Rate Case, Alderman Price's report on the location of sidewalks on ':ialnut Street was to the effect that they should be put dorm in line with those already laid,which report was eceiv ed,and the committee discharged. yr On motion,the Council adjourned to meet at 7;30 P.I.I. The meeting was called to order by the Kayor.
