to make satisfactory arrangements,as yet

ringing
of the Fire
Bell.
On motion by Alderman Harding, seconded by Alderman Jackson, the i.;ayor eras tecuested Jr
to secure prices on steam and electric sirens.
The Comnittea composed of the City Attorney and the City �:ngineer reported that they
had found that the open space immediateelly�1orth of the Ozark Theatre was not h public -lley,

to enter into a contract for the purchase and installation of a steam siren at a cost of
not over ,100.00 +
The report of the City ngineer on the Johnson Spring investigation rias presented
and read to the Council,and on motion was ordered received and filedo
i'he matter of the proposition of LLQ. Byrnes to donate to the City certain lands was
referred to the City Attorney for investigation.
