On motion by Harding, seconded by Jackson, the above accountd were referred to the Auditing Committee. City '.;arrant number 5819, issued October 25th, 1919, payable to the Clater Commis- sioners, and used by them as collateral security for the purchase of a pump, said '..arrant being for the sum of three thousand (3000.00) dollars,was returned to the City Council,the debt having been paid. .,hereupon, Alderman Harding, seconded by Alderman Stephens, moved that the Clerk be instructed to endorse the above fact on the stub of the warrant, and to destroy the warrant in the presence of the Council.
