.:ldorman Harding moved that the !.:ayor be L.uthorized to issue a proclamation, calling
for a special election for two Aldermen for the First ":ard, Ald. Price seconded. The motion
was carried by a unanimous vote.
On motion by Ald. Harding, seconded by Ald. Jackson, the matter of an obstruction
in the gutter at Tom Hodges Place was referred to the City engineer; as also was the

Pursuant to a call by the I;ayor, the City Council met Oct. Ind 1922, to consider
the report o the Board of Commissioners of The i:ast Street Improvement District Number
One and Annexes Number One and Two.
Present; I.Iayor Clilson, Aldermen Ham, Harding, Jackson, and Steuhens, and the Clerk.
The Report of the Board of Commissioners of mast Street I...provement I.,umber One,
and of Anex number One and Annex Number Two was read.
':!hereupon Alderman Harding moved that the report be received and filed, which was
seconded by Alderman Jackson, there being no discussion, the Mayor called for a vote,
which was as follows; Ajres, Aldermen Ham, Harding, Jackson, Stephens; Nays, none, absent
and not voting, Alderman Price. The Llayor declared the motion carried.

A Petition asking that sidewalks be ordered built on ';lillow Street betweren
Dickson Streit and Sutton Street, signed by Jas. R Greer and others was presented,
whereupon Ald. Harding moved that the City Clerk be directed to issue the necessary
orders for the construction of the sidewalks asked for in the petition,. The motion
was duly seconded by Ald. Price, and resulted in the following,vote; Ayes, Aldermen
Harding, Jackson, Price, and Stephens, !days, none, Absent and not voting, Ald. Ham.
The I.2iyor declared t.,e motion Carried.
A report from the committee to investigate the Vest Fork of '..'hite River to aster
tain the practibility and feasability of securing an adequate supply of water from
that source presented a detailed report, with an approximated estimate of costs.
On motion by Ald. Harding seconded by Ald Jackson, This report was recieved
and ordered filed.
Alderman Harding ,moved, seconded by Ald. Price, that the .spaces for taxicabs
at the Frisco Station be allotted in strict accordance with the ordinances govern-
ing the same. The vote on this motion was;- Ayes, Ald. Harding, Price Jackson ,
Stephens, Ilays, none, absent and 11ot voting Ald. Ham, The Mayor declared the motion
carried.
