Pursuant to a call by the Itlayor, the City Council met Oct. Ind 1922, to consider
the report of the Board of Commissioners of The East Street Improvement District Number
One and Annexes Number One and Two.
Present; I.;ayor Wilson, Aldermen Ham, Harding, Jackson, and Stephens,'and the Clerk.
The Report of the Board of Commissioners of ast Street I.,:provement Humber One,
and of Anex number One and Annex Number Two was read.
:!hereupon Alderman Harding moved that the report be received and filed, which was
seconded by Alderman Jackson, there being no discussion, the Mayor called for a vote,
which was as follows; Ades, Aldermen Ham, Harding, Jackson, Stephens; Days, none, absent
and not voting, Alderman Price. The Mayor declared the motion carried.

The 1.Iinutes of the preceding meetings wrere read and approved.
A Petition asking that sidewalks be ordered built on Vlillow Street between
Dickson Street and Sutton Street, signed by Jas. R Greer and others was presented,
whereupon Ald. Harding moved that the City Clerk be directed to issue the necessary
orders for the construction of the sidewalks asked for in the petition,. The motion
was duly seconded by Ald. Price, and resulted in the following,vote; Ayes, Aldermen
Harding, Jackson, Price, and Stephens, Nays, none, Absent and not voting, Ald. Ham.
The i.;ayor declared t,ie motion Carried.
A report from the committee to investigate the IIest Fork oflhite River to aster
tain the practibility and feasability of securing an adequate supply of water from
that source presented a detailed report, with an approximated estimate of costs.
On motion by Ald. Harding seconded by Ald Jackson, This report was recieved
and ordered filed.
Alderman Harding ,moved, seconded by Ald. Price, that the .spaces for taxicabs
at the Frisco Station be allotted in strict accordance with the ordinances govern-
ing the same. The vote on this motion was;- Ayes, Ald. Harding, Brice Jackson ,
Stephens, Nays, none, absent and Not voting Ald. Ham, The Mayor declared the motion
carried.
On motion By Ald. Harding, seconded by ald Price a Committee composed of Hayor
Wilson, City Engineer Ratliff and Ald Harding was appointed, charged to appear
