AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED ” AN ORDINANCE TO PROTEOT ASPHALTIC STREi!:T PAV`.MLNT WITHIN THE CITY OF FAYETT_�VILLE,ARKANSAS. " BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILiE,ARKANSAS. Section One. It shall hereafter be deemed a violation of this Ordinance for any person,either owner,agent or driver,to drive over or park or stop on any part of any street paved with asphalt with any motor driven vehicle from which gasoline or lubricating oil is leaking. Section Two. The term " miotor Driven Vehicle " as xd-Pd used in this Ordinance is meant to include and does include any and all automobiles, motorcycles,tractors,trucks or other gasoline propelled vehicles.
