The reports of the various City Officals for the month of November was read Whereupon Ald Massie moved that same be referred to the Finance Committee, which was duly Sec by Ald Harding,resulted in the following vote Ayes Ala Ham,Harding,Massie,Price,Stepj}ens,Nayes none,Absent and not voting Ald Jackson,Irlayor declaree the motion adopted. Ald Harding introduced a Resolution and moved its adoption requiring the E.C.Fugitt Auto Co to connect their wash rack and waste water to the Public Jbmw sewar, which was dxJ:y read,Ald Massie sec the motion to adopt this resolution, vote was taken with the following resulte,Ayes Ald Ham,Harding,Massie,Price, Stephens,Nayes none,Absent and not voting Ald Jackson,Mayor declared the Resolution adopted and a copy is as follows,to-wit RESOLUTION. Y(5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the Fugitt Garage be and it is hereby required to connect its wash rack and all waste water ±k with the public sew&r system, and that notice of the passage of this resolution be served upon E.C.Fugitt. Section 2. That all Resoulutions in conflict herewith be and''the same are hereby repealed. Approved: Attest: Allan M.Wilson, D.E.Bridenthal, Mayor. Clerk. Ald Massie moved that the Clerk be instructed to have notices served on the property owners on West Center Street that bids would be advertised to put down curb and gutter at the expiration of five days, which was duly Sec by Ald Price, resulted in the follow-ing vote Ayes Ald Ham,Harding,Massie,Price,Stephens, Nayes none,Absent and not voting Ald Jackson,Mayor declared the motion adopted. Ald Price moved that the acct of G.A.Hurst for the sum of $125:00 be allowed and Clerk draw warrant on the Genel Fund for same, which was duly Sec by Ald Harding ,result ad in the following vote Ayes Ald Ham, Harding ,Massie ,Price ,Stephens. Nayes aone,Absent and not voting Ald Jackson,Mayor declared the motion adopted. Moved and carried to adjourne to meet subject to call. Approved: Attest: Clerk. CALLED MELTING CITY COUNCIL HELD DECEMB.;R 9th,1921. Present Mayor C1erk,Ald Ham,Harding,Massie,Stephens,Absent Ald Jackson,Price. This meeting was called for the purpose of hearing from Mr Frank L.Wilcox of St.Louis on the plans and cost of new pumping plant for the Water Plant. i.1r.Fu1bright,Appleby and White, Water Commissioner were present. I•tir Wilcox appeared before the Council and t$dgave a report submitting figures on the different plans of pumping the water,xafHkeafter some discussion by all present no action was taken .at this time. Ald Massie moved that the Clerk draw a warrant in favof of lair Wilcox for the sum of $125.00 which was duly Sec by Ald Ham, resulted in the following vote Ayes Ald Ham,Harding,Massie,Stephens,Nayes none,Absent and not voting Ald Jackson,Price,Rlayor declared the motion adopted. h 'Ao further business coming up, motion made to adjourns.. carried.
