CALIED MEETING CITY COUNCIL HELD SEPTEMBER 30th,1921.
Present Mayor,Clerk,Ald Ham,Harding,Massie,Price,Stephens,Absent Ald Jackson.
The following reports were read to the Council,towit:

The above report does not include something over $100.00 which waslpaid as
preliminary expenses by the City Council,which sum the record of your proceedings
show.
We hereby request that the City Council of the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas,defer
the date for cxtEx-Ettzim colecting the first annual assessement levied for the
payment of the costs of improvement in said District from October lst,1921 to
January lst,1922.

Following is a statement of receipts and disbursements for the additional
bond issue and the resurfacing of the streets embraced in West Lafayette Avenue
Improvement District is
Sold bonds in the amount of $3300.00 at 90 c on the dollar 2970.00
EXPENDED.
To Moreno Burkham Const.Co, first payment 2000.00

Whereupon Ald Harding moved that the reports as read be received and filed and
spread of record, which was duly Sec by Ald Ham,resulted in the following vote
Ayes Ald Ham,Harding,Massie, Price, Stephens,Nayes none,Absent and not voting Ald
Jackson,Mayor declared the motion adopted.
No further business coming up moved and carried to adjournexta.
