This meeting was called for the purpose of hearing from the Commissioners of East
Street Improvement District Number One.
The following report from the Engineer for East Street Improvement'IDistrict Number
One to the Commissioners of East Street Improvement District Number One,Mf an
e:.timate of the cost of improvement was read,to-wit:-
To the Commissioners of East Street Improvement District Number One,
Fayetteville,Arkansas:-

In

In compliance with your request, I am submitting herewith
the final and complete estimate of cost of an asphaltic macadam pavement to be
constructed within East Street Improvement District Number One. This estimate
is for the original District and is based on the present prices ofi material
and labor.
The following estimate is intended to cover all cost of
material, labor and other expenses which will be necessary for the construction
of an asphaltic macadam pavement on a broken stone base. The base shall have
a consolidated thickness of six inches and the top shall be three'lnches (3")
in thickness including the seal coat.

record, which was duly sec by :old Lassie, resulted in the following vote ,Ayes
Ald Ham, Harding,Jackson,I;assie,Price,,Stephens,ITayes none,Absent and not voting
none,i.ayor declared the motion adopted.
Ald Harding moved•that the report of I.ayor as acting S ec Disbursoing Agent
for the month ending Lay 14th be received and filed, which -vias duly sec by Ala
Laassie, resulted in the foll:wing vote Ayes Ala Ham,Harding,JackSon,I.assie,Price,
Stephens,ITayes none,Absent and not voting none ,Layor declared thQ motion adoptted
The report is as follows,to-wit:-

Ald Harding moved that the i.ayor as acting S.ec D sb.Agt be allowed the
sum of 083.34 for services Extixg for 4 weeks ending !.lay 14th,1921 and Clerk
Draw warrant for same out of Street Fund, which was duly sec by Ald Lassie,
resulted in the following vote,Ayes Ald Ham ,Harding,Jackson ,; ,Lassie,
Price,Stephens,bTayes none,Absent and not voting none, T.Ta.yor declared the
motion adopted.
ITo further business coming up, moved and carried to adjourne to me, -.1t subject
to call.
