Section One. That after careful consideration, the City Cou',.ncil of the City
Of Fayetteville ,Arkansas, finds that there 'is a total assessed valuation of

on file in the office.of the County Clerk of lashington County Arkansas, and that
persons signing said petition own property within said District; of the assessed

Section Two. `'That it is the finding of said City Council •of,said City of
Fayetteville,Arkansas, that the majority in assessed valuation o£ owners of
real -property within Annex Number Two to East Street Improvement District Number

need of more Street lights around the Government Building located thereon;

Section 1. That the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas, hereby pledges itself to
maintain lights located around the Federal Government Building, if the United
States G®vernment will enstall a cluster of lights on each corner of the side-
walk ;durrounding said building.
Section 2. That the City Clerk of the City of Fayet�eville be, and he is
hereby instructed to send a certified copy of this Resolution to the Third
Assistant Postmaster General.
