Aid Harding introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption,towit:
RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF -THE- CITY -OF FA-YETTEVILLE,AKANSAS:
That the City Clerk is hereby directed -to cause -to -be -published a notice in
accordance with Section One (1) Act One hundred and Twenty five (125) Acts of Arkansas,
_ 1913,adres;sed to all, owners of real _prop erty,within _East._St.reet Improvement District
Number One of the Cityof Fayetteville,Ark ansas,that apetition was presented to the
said Council on the 5th day of March .1920,requesting that the contemplated improvements
be um'emm undertaken,ar.d that the costa thereof oe charged and assemed against the real
property within said District,and tat on the 16th day of Apri1,1920, the said Council
will determine whether or not said Petition is signed -by such majority in assessed
value. I I .

Section 1. That hereafter the salary of_ the City Attorney of -the City of Fayettevilb
Arke.nsas,shall be $600.00 per annum,payable monthly, at the end of each month,beginni
ing April let,1920. And the City Clerk -of said City_of Fayetteville is .hereby author
iz ed and directed to issue a warrant,monthly,for said sun of $50.00 in favor of said
City Attorney of said City of Fayetteville.
