SCOTTS DAIRY. This private milk depot,or barn,and surroundings were in fairly good conditi&n. Much improvement could or should be made, by means of better e_ ui ment______ -and pasturizing of -keff milk. THE U.OF A. DAIRY has excell ent equinment but' lacks means by which their utensils --- --+ should be sterlized. The-pasturization-of-the-milk-e-t-the.-U-of-A.-is-simply a ,joke.--one- oke;oneof ofthe assistants say that they keep the milk at 1440 for 15 minutes; the Manager says that they hold it a.t-1.45-' -for- 30- -minut@s-, then- bot r1ed--and-cooled--after-being hermetical) - -_ sealed. DUNG DAIRY. The west aide_ o f the nd._-- to4t-he-_roof- was,, banked with manure-and.--- -AN -barn- evedence of seepage throw the boxing was visible.
