Gill ctt�f.17.50,Democrat Pub.Co.$32,44, The following petition was -read towit: - I TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY -OF FAYETTEVILLE,A'Rr.ANSAS: The undersigned;your pettitioners would respectfully represent and show that A•.Petition signed by more than ten property owners in the•City--of-•Fayetteville, Arkansas,a.nd within the territory described iaxx within said Petition,wa.s presented to your Honorable Body on_the 21st day of November,1919,praying that your.Body take all neceasary steps for the creation of an improvement district embraced in the territory described in said Petition,for the purpose of improving by grading,rolling and paving,(oher than brick),the following -streets and•parts of etreets,including the laying of necessary curb and gutter,a.nd necessary underdrainage upon the plans and specifications prepared by -the -board of Improvement--in+said district; towit: Block Street,from the North side of Center Street to the South side of Mountain Street; Mountain Street,from,the-West side of Block -Street -to the East -side of East Street; East Street,from the South side of Mountain Street to the North side of Center Street; and Center Street from the East side -of Eaet Street to .the West side of Block Street, and embracing all of the Public Square in the said City of Fayetteville,A'rkanans,from curb to curb.
