This meeting was 'called- for .the purpose of modifying the license,ordinance Mr Ellenbarger.'appeered before the council and spoke in behalf of the Taxi Car men asking a reduction of licenee_on taxi -cars, ' ._After some discussion -by the Council it was agreed upon to reduce the"license on" some of the things'hamed'in the license ordinance,and a new ordinance be prepared and presented at the nett 'me`eting-nim#�r.
