It shall -be unlawful for any automobile,locomobile or motor driven vehicle other than trucke,to be operated upon-the-streets,aaleye.or-public highways of said City of Fayetteville,which'shall display thereon a Fayetteville number belonging to any other vehicle, or a fictitious registration number. Section S.
