AN ORDIANCE To BE ENTITLED;• AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE KE1SEING-OF HOGS AND CATTLE
"WITHIN THE`CORPORATE-LIMITS-OF"THE CITY OF FAYET"R ILLE,A'RKANSAS."•,
Be it ordained by the -City Council 'of -the City of Fayettev"ille,Ar kaneas:
---- - : section 1.That-hereafter-it shall--lie"unlawful-"f or-any-person,nersons;firm or-
corpration to -keep - any pig or any swine of any kind or description what so ever, within the

Section "2: That -hereafter -it shall be unlawful for any person,persons,firm of
. corporation to keep' ay cow,pr ,cattle'_of any -kind or__descript ion -what soever,within -the-
corporate'limits of the'City of Fayettev.ille,Arkansas,without a special peEtf# written
permit from the'City Health Officer of said City of Fayetteville,or to permit any such
cow or cattl-e to -run -at large, -or -graze upon any of the streets or alleys within the cor_porati
�r limits of said City of'FayetAdville;Arkaneas. And said City Health Officer of said Cit of
" Fayetteville shall"not;under" any-circumsatnees issue to"any-person�persons,firm or corporat
'ion a permit to keep more than two cows,or more than two head of cattle of any kind or
description whatsoever,within said corporate limits of the -said Cit•y-of Fayetteville,

S ction 3-* Any person,persons,firm or corooration.violating_any.of the provisions

Dollare,and each daythis Ordinance is so violated shall constitute a separate offense.
