The Committee appointed from the Council to act in conjunction with the Water
corvnissionere.in regard to the+purchase of a new pump at white river station made a report
that ,theyhad met with Mr Parsons of-Jeplin and received from him -a bid -en- a --Pump »nd Motor
,whereupon amotion was made that the report be received, carried.

Prof Gladson from the Water Commission was present and reported to the Council that
they had contracted -for an moter and Pump -for White river -stat -ion wi-th-delivery in about
three or three and one half months.
