That the Honorable Post Master General of the United States of America be respectfully requested_ -to_ take--i:mediate_ act ion in this_matter,and that he issue an'order at• once,directed to the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company of Fayetteville, Arkansas,co=nanding said Company to ceasd demanding and collecting its increased telephone rates,and ter refund ti' -its subcribere such -increased rates-a's-it may have already-colbeted and to henceforth collect only -such rates as it had charged and collected prior to September 1,191,8: Section 2. That the Post Master General be,and he is hereby respectfully,aeked to -- « mail to the City Clerk; of the City of--Fayettev-ille,Arkansas.,a.copy of the. Order so issued to said Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Section3. That'.the-C.ity_Clerk_be-,anis-he-is hereby,d_irected_to immediatly forward to said Postmaster General a certified copy of this Resolution,and to respectfully ask an immediate reply, Passed and approved this 4th,day of 6 _ctober,1918.
