It shall hereafter -be-unlawful--for any person whosoever to keep og within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteviile,Arkan sas,without first having J _- securedfrom the City.Health-Officer_a- permit to-do so,which-permit-shall-be substantially or in the following form;towit;"A permit is hereby issued to (blank) to keep one hog within %` the corporate limits of the City of Fay_ettev_ill_e i I:rkamas in an ,inclosure-to be-located at (blank) This permit issued subject to the following conditions;the inclosure in which the hog is to be kept must at all times be kept clean and free from filth,trash and mud, and- must be maintained in such a condition that no offensive"-odo're may noticable w p9me therfrom ,and must at all times be kept in such a•cond3tdon that same shall not become a nuisance.
