We,the Board of Commissioners of West Lafayette Avenue Improvem

We have employed as engineers for theproposed improveraent,Wintere and Dove _of_Ft,
I, Smith. They have made their surveys and the plans and estimates As submitted are based on - J -
the surveys. The plan of the paving is attached herewith and marked "Exhibit A" to *hie

report. - - - -- - - - -- -- The plana contemplate# the laying a pavement of asphaltic macadam having a total thick
---ness-of - 9- inches -The -wearing -surf ace. -that -i -s-, the -part-treated with asphalt -paving cement-, - -
will have a thickness of 3 inches. Concrete curb and gutter will be built along all the
-_paving. _Returns _hav_ing-as -long -radii -as-the__wid.ths-of- the -intersect in streets will
will be built at all corners to g' permit-

drains are planned to take care of all storm water that finds its-way_„to the street.
