The reports of the various City Officals for the month of October was read whereupon
-Ald Harding moved that the reports.be refferred to the Finanoe-Committee•for investigation
which was duly Sec by Ald Stephens, resulted in the 'following vote Ayes Ald Ambrose, Cornwell
Harding,Massie,Phillips.,Stephens,Nayes__none_,Absent- and- not._vo.ting none.,Mayor declared the
motion duly adopted.

Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City ofFayettevile,Arkonsas:
_ Section I, That the City Clerk be,and he is hereby,d.irected and ordered to issue a
-Notice to all property -owners on the NortkSide of Center St#####ll/## Street,between Block
Street and Church Street,notifying them to build and construct a Concrete Gutter along and
in front of their r############# respective properties.in-accor.dance with specifications
and pians set forth 'in the City Ordinate covering said subject.

sections in West La.fayette.Ave.Imp.District No,I provided,such,.cost doed not exceed -
the total sum of Twenty four Hundred Dollars ($2400.00) to be paid in equal annual
payments as may be hereafter agreed upon by the Board of Improvement of said district
