The reports of the various City Officals for the month of October was read whereupon
-Ald-Harding moved that -the reports,be refferred to the Finance Committee •for investigation

Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City ofFayettevile,Arka,nsas:
_ Section I. That the City Clerk be,and he is hereby,d.irected and ordered to issue a
-Notice to all -property owners on the NortwSide of Center St#####J,l## Street,between Block
Street and Church Street,notifying them to build and construct a Concrete Gutter along and
{ -in front of their r############# respective propertiee;in-accordance with specifications
and pans set forth In the City Ordinace covering said subject. •

- BE IT . RESOLVED BY THE -COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEV ILLS yARYSANSAS :-
That the City of Fayetteviie hereby agrees to pay the cost of paving all street inter
sections in ?gest Lafayette-Ave.Imp.District No. I_provided.such,.cost doed not exceed
thetotal sum of Twenty four Hundred.Dollars (#2400.00) to be paid in equal annual
payments as may be hereafteragreed upon by the Board of Improvement of said district
- and the sail City of Fayet teville.
