Arkansasdorespectfully re##-####tl# petet-ion-your Hon Body- to -grant the right of way for
a County road through the Pump Station land at the Clear Creek Pumping Station commencing
_with the edter of said -road -seven felt -west -of -a Sycamore -tree on the - south - side of -the
Pumping Station land running then a in .a northly direction to the Creek Center of said
road being 43 feet East of the-Ndth -East Corner -of the P_ump.IPouse.- ---- - - - - Your petetioners would respectfully represent to your Hon Body that the right of way
for the said road on either side of City Land has been obtained.,that it is impossible to
-build and maintain the present road, That if right of way is granted as asked a. Bridge
will be put across the Creek on the road asked and that it will be advantagious to the
--City,enabling it to better -unload and del-.iver to pump station -ate coal,and in no way
enterfere with the Water Supply and Pump Station,that it will be,of great advantage to t
;,..:the City as it will make-the--road-to the -City og Fayettevills-greatly improved.

--erty said road not to exceed thirty (30) feet in width and that the East line of said
road be 50 feet from the North East corner of the Pump Statio n that said road be _

Is ,I consider the Alfalfa Dairy and morrows Dairy in fist calss condition both are fairly
wwell equipped f### for-handling--mil-t--in--a-sanitary and -cleanly -way , They_have _Iron stanchions
11 a.nd'cement floors in their barns and the stalls(Cement)are cleaned daily. Froth have modern - _--
apparatus -for s-ter_Lizing all milk bottles_and__cane by steam: Mrs Goy has only a.few cows,some

4 or 5 and seems to take much pains in a cleanly and approved-wa.y`.Cates-Dairy-is-situated 4 -
.miles_south of -town and obi##VV# operated by Mr J.H.Cates,he is new at the buisness and his
equipment is very, meagre I think the main and YTis wife are -making an honest -effort -to supply - -- --
theit patrons with a reasonably clean and #-9 wholesome milk,they have no steam ster##il.iz
Y er but depend upon boiling-water-heated-upon-an--ordinary--cook--stove- for --sterilizing bottles
it and cans The Liebolt Dairy is kept resonably clean so far a3 the barn and yard are concerned
" this dairy is sadly lacking - in- modern I' equipment-no-s.tearn_boiler__for_ster-ilization _purposes_ _ U r Liebolt depends upon heating water upon an oratinary box stove for washing bottles and cans
this stove -is inthemilk housethisis a.-whollyin a## inadequate way of caring for bottles
I and cans it might $o for a. small dairy of 4 or 5 cows,but1c4nnot be any thing but a make shift -
