E _to purchase a motor, truck at a cost not to exceed the sum of #1350.000
BE IT- ORDAINED1. BY THL COUNCIi OF -THE CITY OF-FAYETTEVILLE;ARKANSAS-: - --
Section.I. That the Board of Public Affairs of the.City.of FayettevilleQrkanaas,is
- -hereby authorized and directed -to--called--for-eealed -bids-for-the purchase of -one motor
truck of a capacity of not leas than one ton,at a coat not to exceed the sum of $I350.00
and to award a contract for same to the -lowest -responsible-bidder. - -orr
Section 2. That this Ordinance be in force and effect from and'after its passage,
approval and p.ublieation,and all ordinances or parts thereof in _conflict hereviith be and
the same are hereby repealed.
